Memory Haven of Tolono MISSION: Our mission is to discover, understand and meet the needs of each individual that we serve.

Continuing the legacy of Arbor Rose, Memory Haven of Tolono offers compassionate, individualized memory care in a safe, home-like environment where dignity, comfort, and quality of life come first. ACTIVITIES: Our activities are based on your loved one's personal interests and past experiences. Whether it's our home-cooked meals or fun activities, Arbor Rose is a beautiful, small home where life can be lived and enjoyed to its fullest. SERVICES AND FEATURES: Private suites or rooms with private full bath, cable/internet, one all-inclusive fee, ethnic and cultural food choices, housekeeping and laundry services, 24-hour help with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as dressing, bathing and cooking, medication management, and scheduled transportation services for local area doctor visits (wheelchair accessible vehicle provided).

A huge thank you to the wonderful ladies from Tolono Methodist Church for the beautiful Valentine’s they made for our residents and even staff! Their kindness truly brightened our day!

Our residents received a ton of Valentine’s this year, and we are so incredibly grateful for every card, every sweet note, and every act of love shown to them. It means more than you know.

And the love isn’t over yet we have even more Valentine’s to open tomorrow! More thank you’s coming soon! 💌✨

We were so blessed to have the 5th grade class from Unity West visit and spend time playing games with our friends here at Memory Haven of Tolono.
