Honoring Our Vietnam Veterans
Each March 29, VA joins the nation in observing National Vietnam War Veterans Day to recognize the service and sacrifice of those who served during one of the longest conflicts in America’s 250-year history.
For many Vietnam Veterans, Honor Flights, national ceremonies and the March 29 designation have offered something they never received when they came home: a thank you for their service.
To all Vietnam Veterans, and their families that stood by them, we extends our deepest gratitude. We will always remember your service and sacrifices and honor your legacy.
Thank you for your bravery, your commitment, and your unwavering dedication.
