Tomah Health is holding a Cancer Survivorship session for anyone diagnosed with cancer or a cancer survivor on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. This group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in conference room 1B at Tomah Health. There is no cost to participate. PLEASE SHARE AND SPREAD THE WORD! Attention Tomah and Surrounding area. Have you been looking for a place to recycle your aluminum cans and want to donate them to a good cause. Thanks to Rita Shepherd, there are now two locations you can do that. One at JJ's Floral and Capaul's Flooring and the other at Molter's Fresh Market next to the gas station. All proceeds go to Tomah Area Cancer Support.

T.A.C.S. was chosen as the recipient because they give back to the community and assist people in need during a difficult time. Rita, being a breast cancer survivor, received some of their assistance and wants to make sure others do too.

A special thank you goes out to the following individuals and businesses who also helped make this possible, Manthey Salvage, Eugene Batten, JJ's Floral, Molter's Fresh Market, Tomah Knights of Columbus, and Zingler Sign & Design.

Thank you Rita Shepherd for helping raise money for TACS. If you have a fundraising idea please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Every little bit helps. On average TACS helps 30 to 35 patients a month in the Tomah Area school district and Wilton. Thank to everyone that has made this possible.

It is with great sadness that we have made the difficult decision to not hold the 5k Run/Walk event this year. We just don't have enough people that it takes to put on this event. We will try next year. We will be doing a non event fundraiser (more details to come). Thank you for your continued support.
