Balance & Renew Massage Liscensed Massage Therapist at Balance & Renew Massage Business Owner/Operator I incorporate both muscle specific work along with relaxation techniques.

I am excited to take over the massage studio and stay in Tomahawk to continue to work with my great clientel. For those of you who don't know me I have worked with chiropractors and other massage therapist in spa environments, and as an owner operator. I'm trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Cupping, Hydrotherapy, and I am Thai Level 1 certified. I perform treatments that work to loosen up tight muscles and relieve trigger points that cause muscle aches, decreased ranges of motion and referring or traveling pain. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to develop specific treatment plans while building a professional relationship and encourage an honest and supportive environment where individuals feel valued, comfortable and safe. I am married to my best friend and we are blessed to have a beautiful family. We will be transitioning to Tomahawk full time this coming winter. I am retired from the Wisconsin Air National guard after 21 years of active military service. I enjoy spending time with my family & friends, golfing and exploring the great state of Wisconsin. I am dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of my clients so they feel relaxed and rejuvenated in body, mind and spirit.
