Northern Sight is HIRING an optometric assistant for our PHILLIPS clinic.

This position involves working with patients and gathering data at the beginning of their eye appointment. The assistant then relays information to the doctor.

This part-time position is for 4 days per week. The position starts at $17.00 per hour with one week of paid vacation and 10 paid holidays during the year. A higher starting wage may be considered if applicant has healthcare/medical experience.

While we do not offer medical insurance, we do offer vision benefits to our employees and their families. We offer a 401k with matching after 1 year of employment. We also offer Aflac for supplemental insurance benefits.
