🚨 Weather Closure Notice – NOT an April Fool’s Joke 🚨

With the ice storm warning in effect for tonight into tomorrow, Bowman Chiropractic will be CLOSED on Thursday, April 2nd.

We made the call early so we could try to get as many patients in today as possible if you’re able to come in sooner. Our ramp becomes extremely difficult—and honestly unsafe—to manage with the amount of ice that’s expected, and we don’t feel confident we can keep up with clearing it adequately.

This is our first ice storm warning of the season, and even earlier this winter we had to close midday due to conditions, so we’re prioritizing everyone’s safety.

• Cancel your appointment
• Reschedule for next week
• Offer a same-day opening today if available

We know this is not ideal—especially going into a long Easter weekend—and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

The decision has been made to close Monday March 16.

The weather predictions continue to worsen and not improve. Staff travel will be difficult if we get the full force of what is to come. Heather is working on calling to reschedule. Stay safe this weekend! See you all Tuesday.

We are closely monitoring the weather expected to move into the area beginning today (Thursday) and continuing into Friday, as well as additional weather that may arrive over the weekend and potentially impact our Monday morning opening.

At this time, no decisions have been made regarding schedule changes or closures. We will continue to monitor conditions and will make decisions as needed based on safety for our patients and staff.

Please keep an eye on our page and your phone on Friday and Monday morning in case we need to make any weather-related schedule adjustments.

‼️Important Update About Notifications‼️

Bowman Chiropractic now has an office cell phone that Heather uses when working remotely. If we need to cancel appointments due to weather, patients may receive a text message from this phone number.

⚠️ The number may look unfamiliar or “random,” but it is legitimately from our office.

Our office phone line is forwarded to this cell phone, and we may use it to send notifications if weather decisions need to be made early in the morning. Because of this, the message may not look like the typical automated text message you usually receive from our system.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe in the incoming weather.
