Yesterday was a great day! I got to do static lunges w weights in my hands w minimal shaking which is a long ways from being totally paralyzed on the left sude 18 months ago. Today I am having a rough time of it. Stroke recovery is not linear. The brain is so complicated ❤️

My breakfast this morning contained 36 grams of protein and took ten minutes to prepare. No eggs included

Not having the greatest day as far as stroke symptoms go today….but still managed to do a Caroline Girvan leg day and shoulder stretches. Next up…hand exercises. What are you all doing to get movement in this morning ?

A pot of lentils w chicken broth and taco seasoning will become lentil tacos. Add corn tortillas cheese and sour cream for a nice crossie or just stick w a laughing cow and salsa. Yummy! Quick cheap healthy meal coming up!
