I have been getting emails by patients and future patients that they are unable to reach the office or once the phone is answered the hold time is long.
Recently, the OB/GYN’s in our provider group moved to our new location and with the move came a new phone system. It is not working as designed.
I am aware of this frustrating issue and have been assured by management this will be fixed promptly.
