2 Exciting November Events!
There are 2 exciting November Events that I am hosting and am inviting you to be my guest! You asked We listened!

1) On Saturday November 15 at 2pm there will be a iRest Yoga Nidra Sound Bath immersion event. Bring your favorite blanket or pillow and be ready for a afternoon filled with relaxation and rest to restore your mind body and soul from the core!

2) In the following Saturday November 22 at 2pm there will be a Wooden Pillow Exercise Event. Yes! Right before Thanksgiving!  I requested this date right before Thanksgiving on purpose from worn out feet ready to Black Friday Shop to organ massage to get digestible organs ready for a big Thanksgiving meal and align the whole body to homeostasis. You will feel absolutely wonderful after the class and ready and prepared to digest your Thanksgiving meal.

Please register early so I will know how many to provide for:

Lite bites and fresh organic herbal tea from Tomball farmers market will be served after our sound bath event.

And wooden pillows will be included and available for purchase after the wooden pillow event.
