We see you. We are here to support you. Keep going.
Here's to all the moms who've quietly cried their eyes out thinking, "I can't do this any longer."
You've had those moments. The ones where you lock yourself in the bathroom just to breathe. Where the weight of everything, the mental load, the constant needs, the never-ending responsibilities, crushes you so hard you're certain you'll break. And in that moment, you mean it. You genuinely don't think you can keep going.
But then something happens. Maybe it's your kid calling for you. Maybe it's just muscle memory. Maybe it's the fact that quitting isn't actually an option when little humans depend on you. So you wipe your face, splash cold water on your eyes, and walk back out like nothing happened.
Nobody sees that moment. Nobody knows how close you were to completely falling apart. They just see you functioning, so they assume you're fine. They don't realize that "fine" is you running on fumes, sheer willpower, and the desperate hope that tomorrow will be easier.
But here's what they also don't see: your strength. The kind that doesn't come from never breaking, it comes from breaking and still showing up. From hitting empty and somehow finding more. From thinking you're done and then doing it all over again the next day.
You're not weak for crying. You're human. And you're stronger than you know for getting back up every single time.
