Maintenance Solutions, Inc. provides high-quality protective and decorative coatings for concrete floors. We focus on installing and resurfacing all applications of coated, polished, and stained concrete floors. Our specialized coatings are perfect for many commercial industries, including retail, manufacturing, and food & beverage.

Maintenance Solutions, Inc. was established in 1996, and has been providing the Houston and Gulf Coast area with professional concrete solutions ever since. Our coating systems protect concrete restorations and concrete installations against premature weathering, wear, chemical attack, and slippage. We are certified Houston commercial contractors for a wide range of major protective coating and cement installations and resurfacing manufacturers. From start to finish, Maintenance Solutions’ professionally-trained application crews and environmentally-friendly practices ensure the highest quality installations. We’ve built our reputation around doing everything necessary to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our work. It is our top priority to exceed expectations and make customers for life.
