Hey everyone, I know the gym has been MIA for the last year or so but I had things in the works!
We have a location that will offer everything from sauna to ice baths to personal massuse and even IV drips!!! This Saturday will be a open house essentially and I will be there from 12-3!!! I hope to see everyone there and can't wait for this new location💪🏼

Power is out in half the complex, and you all guessed it, we're apart of that half😡 I will keep everyone updated as to when the power will be back on for I have been speaking to the landlord on the situation. Thanks for the understanding and I will still be there for anyone wanting to die in the heat with me😂

Hey Athletes! Due to the upcoming weather conditions, the landlord informed us they will be shutting the water off today 2/3/22 @ 4pm. There is still drinking water and electricity!
I will keep everyone updated if any class changes if roads seem unsafe to drive on, tomorrow morning!

I would like to inform all of my members due to not having coaches and me needing to renew my licence for my job, there will be no classes tomorrow (Monday 12/27) and Wednesday 12/29. I am really sorry for this last minute notice and if theres any questions or concerns please message me or feel free to text me. Thank you for being patient and understanding members! Hope you all had a blessed Christmas and I'll see you Tuesday 12/28! 💪
