Hey, y’all! I’m Virginia:) Like my fellow complex humans, I am a lot of things… but, for the purpose of this particular “spotlight Introduction…” I am an artist and a writer.
One of my favorite ways to express myself is visually, through my clothes and jewelry.

I love how these Gatherings focus on/highlight/nurture the chord of connection within our collective.
Clothes literally use threads(aka chords;) to connect cloth and provide the necessity of coverage…But/and they also hold so much energy and tell so many stories.

MY intention is to REintroduce/bring another element of taking care of our community-by sharing our resources and contributing to sustainable conscious consumerism…

I started with a heart chakra bowl in the key of F. I now have a G and a D and will be getting an A to complete my set. So excited to be on this journey. F is safely in the bag til I find my ring that stabilizes it.

Ana Garcia Saha Yoga & Wellness House didn't know know when she said today she saw the ocean and beach during our session that the ocean has always been my safe and healing space and the reason I picked Deep Waters Calm Souls as the name for my Reiki and Sound medicine practice. This weekend has been full of downloads for my soul purpose, I know truly one of the reasons I was brought to this earth is to lift others up, help them share their gifts, gifts like beautiful Ana, Fran, and Mary and Joy, Paola, Jessica, Emily, Shuba, Lesley, Roni, Billie, Erin, Joni, Larissa, Michael Valerie, Christina, Christine, Shara have all shared with me, but this weekend I heard a clear message that I was not to shrink my wisdom, my gifts, what I bring to the table. That I have all I need to confidently step into the circle and know I bring value. I am still figuring out what that really looks like, but drums are in this future. Sound and breath are something all humans can use even if they don't understand or can verbally say, their breath and their beat can do it for them. If you are looking for community I am blessed with a few, Saha in Tombal. Capfit24 in Montgomey are just two. There are so many worthy options out there. Be blessed, be at peace, know you are worthy and valuable and I love you.

Your sensitivity is a gift - but when you take everything personally, that gift turns into self-punishment.

This is where the Let Them Theory comes in.

Let Them think what they think, and then Let Me remind myself of the most important part:
