Little reminder that your neck and shoulder pain isn’t always just coming from those areas. This client came in with tension up top, but it was tied into a right tilt and a left shoulder elevation that was pulling everything out of balance and feeding into back pain. Once we worked through the body as a whole and not just the symptoms, things started to release and real change could happen 🌿

Rich came in dealing with hip and shoulder pain that had been building over time. During his assessment, his body was clearly compensating. He had a strong anterior tilt, a left side jam, and a right tilt through the pelvis.
Because his left side was higher and he was shifting to the right, it was creating pressure and impingement in the right hip. At the same time, that pattern was pulling his left side forward and across his chest, which started affecting his shoulder as well. When the fascia lines are off like this, the whole body feels it.
Through soft tissue work, fascia release, and TECAR therapy, we were able to help restore balance, improve circulation, and calm the inflammation. As his structure improved, his body was able to recover much faster and move with less pain.
Sometimes the body just needs the right support to come back into alignment.

Back pain and shoulder pain often start with imbalance in the pelvis. When there is a strong anterior tilt or one hip sits higher than the other, it can put constant strain on the low back. Over time that pull travels up the body and begins to affect the shoulders, causing them to round forward and hold tension.
This client came in with a left side jam, a right tilt, and a strong anterior tilt. That pattern was creating pressure through his low back and pulling his upper body out of alignment.
During the evaluation, we look at how the body is compensating and create a plan to restore balance. Through fascia work, cupping, and TECAR therapy, we help release restrictions, improve circulation, and calm inflammation so the body can move the way it is designed to.

This client came in with neck and shoulder tension along with hip pain. During the assessment I found a left side jam with an anterior tilt, along with a right tilt and rotation through the pelvis and spine. That pattern was pulling the shoulders out of alignment and creating tension through the neck and upper body.
When the fascia lines are imbalanced like this, the body begins to compensate and hold tension in multiple areas. Through focused bodywork, cupping, and we worked to release those restrictions, support the fascia, and bring the structure back into better balance.
As the alignment improved, the pressure on the joints and surrounding tissue decreased. This allows the body to calm inflammation, move more freely, and begin healing the way it is designed to.

Back pain and knee pain used to slow Aaron down to the point where even walking was hard. We started working together through Synergy Release Therapy and TECAR therapy to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.
Over the last two years, life has thrown a few setbacks his way. He has had moments where he re injured his knee, hip, and back from work and daily activity. Body alignment plays a huge role in how we feel every day. When one area of the body starts compensating, it often pulls on the surrounding fascia lines and can throw the entire system off balance. The body has seven major fascial lines that connect muscles and tissues from head to toe, so tension in one place can easily show up somewhere completely different.
When clients come in, I always start with an evaluation to see where the body is compensating. Elevated shoulders, rotated hips, tight quads, or uneven weight distribution can all affect how those fascia lines are pulling through the body. Once we identify those patterns, we create a plan to help restore proper alignment.
Through targeted bodywork and fascia-focused therapies like Synergy Release Therapy and TECAR therapy, we work to release tension and guide the body back toward a more neutral position. When the body is no longer overworking to compensate, inflammation can decrease, movement becomes easier, and pain levels often begin to calm down naturally.

This client has dealt with back pain for a long time. Over the last few sessions we have been using TECAR therapy and fascia work to calm inflammation, break up old scar tissue, and improve circulation through the tissue. Today he came in smiling and told me he has been pain free for two weeks.
When we restore blood flow, support the fascia, and bring the body back into better alignment, the back can finally relax and move the way it should. We will continue helping his body open up and strengthen so the results keep improving.

Mary has been coming to me for several years. She originally came in with back pain and through massage therapy and structural work we were able to get her pelvis balanced and her back feeling much better.
About 2 months ago she developed a pinched nerve. Over the last 4 weeks we focused on fascia work and TECAR therapy to calm the inflammation, soften the scar tissue, and help realign her body so her spine could sit more neutral and create better space for the nerve.
After four sessions she came in today smiling and feeling like herself again. She said the pain has gone from severe to nothing, and even her friends have noticed the difference because she is moving better and enjoying life again.
