One of my clients has truly taken Green and Thrive to heart, and it means more to me than she probably realizes. After years of showing up for her body and doing the work to heal, she chose this phrase as her personal reminder for 2026. Not just words, but a way of living and a vision she carries with her every day.
Seeing clients embrace Green and Thrive in their own way is such a gift. From green jewelry and bracelets, to rings, necklaces, and even wardrobe choices, it makes me smile every time. It is fun, it is meaningful, and it reminds me why I do what I do.

What an amazing breath class today with Mary. We had such a great turnout and such a powerful experience. Mary did a beautiful job guiding us into our breath and helping calm the nervous system, release stress, and create space for the body to reset. Starting the year this way feels grounding and intentional, and our hearts are truly full of gratitude.
Breathwork is one of the simplest yet most effective tools we have. It helps regulate the nervous system, lower stress hormones, improve circulation, and bring the body out of fight or flight. When we slow the breath, the body feels safer, tension begins to soften, and the mind becomes clearer.

Meet Taylor. She has experienced severe migraines and headaches since she was 12 years old, along with ongoing jaw pain. She came in seeking relief, and through a series of myofascial release sessions we began looking at her body as a whole, not just the symptoms.
As we worked on aligning her pelvis and rib cage, her structure started to shift. With better alignment and less tension through her fascia, the strain on her jaw and nervous system began to ease. Her headaches have become less frequent and the intensity has continued to decrease with each session. She feels like for the 1st time can feel normal again.
Myofascial release focuses on restoring balance and reducing restriction throughout the body so it can move and function with less stress. When the body is supported properly, it has an incredible ability to change and adapt.
This is the kind of work we do at Pure Wellness Approach. Helping the body find balance so pain does not have to control your life.

As I reflect on this past year, my heart is full of gratitude. I am so thankful for every client who has trusted me with their care, their stories, and their healing journey. This year brought growth, learning, and some challenging moments, but it also brought so much connection, purpose, and love.
