The vision of the studio began after years of practice and teaching. Back problems led to starting my practice. The results led to my desire to teach and share the benefits of yoga to others. Through the years, as my body allowed me to become even more active, I was also able to see the benefits of my yoga practice in my other activities. Yoga became the spark that lit the fire towards the choice of a healthier lifestyle. It is definitely a conscious effort to be active and live the best life that you can live. I love that I can sometimes practice yoga as my workout for the day, and at other times use it as a compliment for recovery and injury prevention. I've seen firsthand the positive impact in my own life and truly believe in the benefits of what a consistent yoga practice can provide. Roll Out Yoga’s vision vibes with like-minded people, who are looking to improve their quality of life by staying active. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it.
I have grown up in this area since I was 2 years old, attended and graduated from Klein ISD schools, and although I left to further my education, chose to come back home to raise my family and plant my roots. This supportive, vibrant community means a lot to me, and I knew that I wanted Roll Out Yoga to be a part of it.
