I know I've been quite on here lately but I promise you, I'm still doing all the things. ✨️

Homebirths.
Hospital births.
Prenatal consultations.
Placenta encapsulations.
Early miscarriage cremations.
And childbirth education.

Over the next few days I'll post some updates but it's been business as usual and I've honestly just been busy and fell out of desire with keeping up with the birthy algorithm.

But here's a picture of a six week old pregnancy I had the honor of cremating over the last couple of days. Mama wanted two jars. One to ritualisticly bury/ return to earth and one to memorialize. No herbs were added. ✨️

I'm loving the choice in these four herbs being added to a very special cremation. 🌿

Cinnamon: Used in ancient death rites to help mummify and act as an offering to the gods.

Rose: Used for its love and protection qualities as well as being a gentle reminder of the cycle of life.

Rosemary: Used in ancient death rites as a way to offer the dead a guiding light in its journey from this life to the next.

Mugwort: Also used to open the natural channels of the body to help it flow easier allowing for a smooth transition.

Every time I'm able to support a family in this way, I feel honored and know I'm doing exactly where I'm supposed to be in this work. 🖤

⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️

I hold the liminal spaces that hid in the fleeting moments between birth and death.

D&C's, spontaneous abortions, and early-term miscarriages hold a special place inside my heart. As a way to honor these births, I gently process them for 'cremains'. Something funeral homes are unable to do until a certain gestation.

This one is a documentation of a D&C I recently had the honors of working with.

Mother knew gender, name, and what herbs she wanted to send him off with. Rose and lavender for sure, then she let me choose one more herb and I will forever choose rosemary.

Rosemary has long been used in ancient death rites all over the world. It's believed to hold the spirit in death and guide it through its transition.

This special boy left behind a family who adored him.

During this process, I'm able to seal one jar and leave the second jar unsealed for jelwery, tattoo ink, or burial. This is completely optional but highly demanded of.

If you know of someone or yourself who is experiencing an early-term loss, has already experienced one and doesn't have remains, or even if someone is holding on to loss remains, and feel called to this, please reach out.

There are options. You are not alone.

This package can be done WITH and WITHOUT remains depending on what your experience has been.

Birth & Tarot will always go together for me. However, I know everyone won't feel the same. With that being said, I'm asking all the lovely humans who want to see only tarot content -- to go follow me on my tarot page .

will have more in-depth single tarot card descriptions, collective tarot readings, unboxings from other tarot creators, and will be the main account I'll be accepting tarot clients from.

As we all know, I've struggled to find the balance between birth and tarot online but I feel like this is the best option. There will still be some tarot content here but it won't be to the same extent as my other account.

I feel incredibly thankful that Unbridled Birth and my tarot readings have both taken off to the extent they are right now! Now I feel the need to organize my social medias a bit more to fit inside the 'perfect little box' within their respective internet spaces.

T A R O T T U E S D A Y 🔮

Full Moon in Pisces is here for us. It's asking us to give into our intuitions and shifts us into our spiritual, emotional, and introspective energies. ♓️

With that being said, the card that's shown collectively for us today is:

Ten of Wands

Full moons are always a time of culmination, a point in the lunar cycle where we take inventory on what we've been working for, how it's come to fruition, and what needs to be let go of. Collectively, there's aspects of ourselves that need to be let go of but some of us are continuing to hold on to them, only to burden ourselves.

Self-sacrifice is not a virtute and you're not a hero. It's time to let that sh*t go. This could play out in any aspect of your life where you're holding on to the end of rope knowing you should let go to save yourself. However- things will not begin to look up until you come to realization with yourself.

I encourage you to use this full moon to journal a few things down, if needed. Or maybe just answer these in your head and see what clarity you'll find.

- Is there a specific, dreadful feeling surrounding someone or something that keeps you from holding an open conversation with them? This could be felt in your gut and you've been ignoring it for too long.

- Realistically speaking, did something start off feeling intense, luscious, and admirable only to be burnt out quickly leaving you feeling slightly disoriented and not knowing how to move forward? Just because something came in fires-blazing doesn't mean you need to hold the burnt torch.

Things don't need to be stagnate but we live in a day and age where it's easy to become complacent in our lives, mainly around work and relationships. Creativity isn't an aspect our culture values and unless you can financially support yourself through, you're deemed unworthy and unjustified in your art. A 'Starving Artist' if you will.

Ten of Wands is a call to action. Don't ignore it. Work through it. Set a vibe- music, lights, delicious snacks- and begin to sift through your excess weight and see what can be let go of to further your personal growth. 🎬
