🌟 Employee Spotlight: Karen 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Karen, who has been a part of the Hands On Physical Therapy family for 15+ years (and counting!) 👏
Karen is our TMJ specialist, and her passion for this area of care comes from personal experience. After dealing with TMJ dysfunction and chronic migraines herself, she was inspired to help others find relief and get back to living pain-free. Treating the neck and jaw is her favorite area to work on, and one of the most rewarding parts of her job is hearing patients say they can eat again without pain — something that truly never gets old.
When she’s not helping patients feel their best, Karen enjoys dancing, hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family and grandchildren.
We are so grateful for Karen’s dedication, compassion, and expertise — Hands On wouldn’t be the same without her! 💙

Introducing the newest addition to our amazing staff! Christine Matecki, PTA, LMT, MLD-CLT.

Christine is new to the Hands On team but brings over 11 years of experience in the field of bodywork. She has worked as a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, and instructor at a local massage school. Christine is trained in a wide range of modalities, including Swedish massage, cupping therapy, ashiatsu, hot stone, prenatal massage, and her specialty—Manual Lymphatic Drainage. As a Certified Lymphatic Therapist trained in Complete Decongestive Therapy, Christine is passionate about helping patients manage lymphatic conditions, reduce pain and swelling, and improve overall quality of life. She is dedicated to providing thoughtful, individualized care that supports healing, balance, and long-term wellness. Welcome to the team!!
