Horizon offers a uniquely fresh approach to funeral, cremation and burial services. Value. That word means different things to different people. To us, it’s both.

To some, it’s strictly based on lower prices; to others, it’s making sure they don’t overpay for the goods or services they receive. We believe that value means getting what you paid for at the lowest prices possible. But we take it a few steps further. First, we believe that quality doesn’t need to be compromised to provide value. Since our focus is on impressing the families we serve and not impressing Wall Street, we’ve structured our prices with that in mind. From our comfortable new facility to our consumer friendly pricing, you’ll find that the only thing we don’t offer is a bill you can’t afford. Second, while we may be the ‘new guy’, we’ve been doing this a long time. We know what families want and have streamlined our services to provide it. We don’t push packages, and we don’t push merchandise you neither need nor want. What we do provide is guidance on how to provide funeral arrangements within your means that reflect dignity AND affordability. We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between the two, and at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, you won’t have to. Finally, we believe that the organizations you choose to do business should, above all, be responsive to YOUR needs before theirs. Let’s face it, the days of high yield CD’s are over. This economy has not been kind to anyone’s savings, and the ‘cushion’ that most people put away to provide comfort late in life is pretty much gone. On Sunday, November 2, 2025, the staff at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services had the privilege of hosting a special Veterans Appreciation Luncheon at our location - a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women who have served, are currently serving and those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

It was a day filled with gratitude, remembrance, and community. The Veterans in attendance shared stories, laughter, and appreciation for each other.

A huge thank you to Last Salute and their amazing ceremony after the luncheon.

To all who have worn the uniform - thank you for your service, your strength, and your sacrifice. You are, and always will be, our heroes. ❤️🤍💙
