Be Fit With Karen LLC Group Fitness company whose goal is to enrich people's wellness by creating a fun, safe and rewarding

I prefer teaching group fitness at community organizations when safe to do so, and also virtually, using a platform that allows "live" interaction with my students. Socializing is an important component of wellness, as it keeps our minds and emotions in check. I have witnessed many students improve their overall wellness, including weight loss, toning, lowered blood pressure and sugar levels, improved posture, balance, spatial awareness, self confidence, memory, endurance, agility, and less depression. My goal is to teach the mindset that fitness is a part of everyday living, thus enabling us to live a long quality life.

Our Story

In my experience as a Group Fitness Instructor, I have learned that people come not just to exercise, but to socialize and make new friends in a comfortable safe environment. Socializing is an important part of wellness especially as we age... even more important than ever during COVID-19. I never expected to be teaching virtual classes, but with no other choices, I embraced it and found that socializing and fitness were again possible through live classes! . I have witnessed my students improve their overall wellness, including weight loss, toning, stabilized blood pressure and sugar levels, improved posture, balance, spatial awareness, self confidence, memory, endurance, agility, and more. I intend to continue to bring all those benefits to you through virtual live fitness classes, and when safe, in person as well. My goal is to give everyone the mindset that FITNESS IS AS IMPORTANT AS EATING EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIVES, to enable you to keep “living” a long quality life.
