We still have lots of squares available for this weekends Superbowl LX! Proceeds help support local teens that leave next week, February 11th, to mission in Monte Christo, El Salvador during their February break. We personally have two of our children going: Matthew who is a senior in high school, and Katy who is a senior in college. Katy, although not a teenager, will be attending optometry school in the fall of 2027, and will be helping to run a vision clinic there during the week. Michaels Eyecare Inc. will be donating frames and lenses for the people needing them and Greg will make all of the glasses once Katy gets back home, and then we have contact people in El Salvador to ship the glasses too that will get them back to the village for us. This is a great cause but also awesome for our city’s youth to see how different others live, and live without! Please consider buying a square or two, and if you can’t, please consider sharing this post and praying for the 20 youth and 10 adults while they are gone.
