Challenges are part of living. While suffering is never easy, resisting it often adds another layer of unnecessary pain. When I began to accept adversity as a natural part of life’s journey, something shifted. I created a space, not for the pain to define me, but for it to grow me. In that space, resilience increases, compassion deepens, and a quieter kind of strength begins to take root.

Today Punchy needed a lot of hugs from his daddy, and he made sure he stayed as close as possible the whole time.

He held onto Shikano’s hand like his life depended on it, refusing to let go even for a second.

And then came the funniest part.

When Shikano started shaking the bucket to drop the food, Punchy got shaken too, just bouncing along with it like a tiny fluffy nugget, still holding on like nothing could make him let go.

It’s chaos, it’s funny, but at the same time… it says everything.

Because even in the middle of all that, his focus never changed.
He just wanted to stay close.

And somehow, that mix of clingy, chaotic, and adorable is exactly what makes Punchy who he is.🧡❤️🐒

Today Punchy spent most of his day around Moe, showing so much affection and even sneaking in little kisses whenever he could.

There was something different about the way he stayed close, not just passing by or playing for a moment, but choosing to remain right there, leaning in and gently reaching out again and again like he didn’t want the moment to end.

Moe didn’t pull away either, instead staying with him, accepting that closeness in a way that made it feel mutual, calm, and completely natural for both of them.

It’s moments like this that really show how much Punchy has changed, because this kind of affection doesn’t come from nowhere, it comes from feeling safe enough to express it.

And now, instead of just seeking comfort, he’s sharing it, in his own quiet, gentle way.

Sometimes letting go happens without me even realizing it. Instead of hanging on to the painful emotions that have kept me tethered to the past, my mind and days are filled with new thoughts, new dreams, new goals. The past has become a distant memory, another lifetime, one that I recall in bits and pieces. I am busy living this day!

The right energy won’t force you… it restores you, naturally, without resistance. It meets you where you are, not where you feel pressured to be. No chasing, no overthinking—just a quiet alignment that feels steady, grounded, and real. The kind of energy that doesn’t drain you, but rebuilds you… softly bringing you the place you’ve always deserved to be ❤️✨❤️

Our favorite rescue baby is officially lounging like he pays the rent at the Ichikawa City Zoo, and we are absolutely obsessed with this posture.

If you have been following Little Punchy’s story from the absolute beginning, you know that he used to spend every single second completely tense and ready to run.

When you are a tiny, abandoned baby completely surrounded by those intense older bullies, you never get the chance to just sit back and relax. Every single moment used to be a terrifying fight for survival.

But just look at our boy now! Seeing him completely slumped over on that rock with his little legs casually kicked straight out in front of him is making us completely lose our minds.

He literally looks like an exhausted teenager who just worked a double shift and is entirely over it! This absolute, unbothered level of chilling is the ultimate proof that he finally knows he is entirely safe.

Thanks to his fiercely protective squad and his amazing zookeeper dads, Punchy has officially mastered the art of doing absolutely nothing, and he deserves every single second of this lazy downtime.

Throughout our life , but especially during our youth , many scars are inflicted upon us. Some of them are the results of violence, abuse , r**e, or warfare. Others arise from bad education. A few come from humiliation and failure. Others are caused by our own misadventures. Unless we recover from these injuries, the scars mar us forever. Classical scriptures urge us to withdraw from our own lusts and sins. But scars that have happened through no fault of our own may also bar us from spiritual access. Unfortunately , it is often easier to give up a bad habit than to recover from these injuries incisions of others’ violence. The only way is through self- cultivation. Doctors and priests can only do so much. The true course of healing is up to us alone. To do this we must acquire many methods , travel widely , struggle to overcome our personal phobias , and perhaps most importantly of all , try to acquire as few problems as possible. Unless we do, each one of them will bar us from true communion with the Great God of Our Understanding. From the journal of Reverend Virginia McIntyre 4/02/2026. Indeed

Some leaders use threats to win adherents. They invoke death to force good behavior and to herd people toward paradise.
Others woo with grand promises. If you have no satisfaction , they offer bliss. If you feel inadequate , they offer success. If you are lonely , they offer acceptance.
But if we do not fear death and are happy , what will such leaders have to offer ? Spirituality is an organic part of daily life, not something dispensed by a professional. True spirituality is liberation., not just from the delusions of reality but from the delusions of religion as well. If we attain freedom from the fear of death, a sound way of health, and a path of understanding through life , there is happiness and no need for false leaders.
