“IN MY HEART” YOGA - In this playful kids yoga class inspired by In My Heart: A Book of Feelings, children will explore emotions through movement, breath, and imagination. We’ll practice noticing and naming feelings, learning that every emotion is welcome. Through yoga poses, games, and gentle relaxation, kids build emotional awareness, confidence, and kindness—toward themselves and others.
