Walk-ins welcomed! Accepting new patients!
Anyone with Medicaid health insurance accepted only and Native Americans with CIB that live in Tooele County area. If you are feeling a bit under the weather come down to our clinic and see us with our new hours to make helping more people possible. We are still offering covid-19 Partial PCR rapid tests, $53.42 without Medicaid health insurance. Also setting up appointments for booster injections of the covid-19 vaccine Moderna. We are still taking names and numbers for Covid-19 vaccines Moderna is what have for 18 and older. We can order Pfizer for 12 and up. If interested please call 4358501823 to set up appointment with the receptionist. Also still doing Covid-19 rapid tests, same day results, all you have to do is drive up and call the clinic when outside and we can handle everything so you don't have to get out your vehicle.
