Most people hear “ABA” and think it’s just about behavior.
It’s not.
ABA focuses on building real-life skills that actually matter—skills that help children communicate, become more independent, connect with others, and navigate the world more successfully. In the home, at the clinic, even at the grocery store!
But one of the most important parts of ABA isn’t even about the child…
It’s about you as the parent.
Parent training is where real change happens.
Because your child doesn’t just live in therapy sessions—they live with you.
We work with parents to:
• Respond to behaviors in a way that actually works (not just what feels right in the moment)
• Set clear, consistent expectations without constant power struggles
• Teach skills during everyday routines like meals, play, and transitions
• Build confidence so you know exactly what to do in hard moments
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on therapy.
The goal is to make you confident enough that you don’t need it.
That’s what quality ABA should look like.
