We had a fun-filled day today! From a “no wrong answers” lighthearted debate, to a winter warm-up with hot cocoa and cozy blankets, and even an indoor snowball fight—laughter was free-flowing all day. We ended it all with an absolutely gorgeous sunset that made the day even more special. ❄️☕️🌅

🎸👑 Celebrating the King of Rock ’n’ Roll 🎸

Today we honored Elvis Presley’s Birthday with a party of course 🤷🏻‍♀️ and peanut butter & banana sandwiches — his favorite! For many residents, it was their first taste… and now a requested menu item. 🍞 🍌

Who knew they would be such a hit?
Francis sure did, she shared that growing up in the South, she had these sandwiches for school lunches. 🚌

We shared memories, played Elvis trivia, named his tunes, 🎤 sang along like no one was listening, and rated our love for Elvis (1-10). The lowest score? A 5.

Barbara summed it up best: “To not love Elvis is unAmerican.”
Clearly, our rating scale was way too low 😉

🎶 Music has a powerful way of bringing back the best memories.
