Body day at Embodying Essence.
We worked with the Annamaya Kosha—the physical layer where everything gets stored.
Your body remembers. Every time something was too much. Every time it wasn’t safe. Every moment you needed to protect yourself.
And those memories don’t just disappear. They live in your tissue. In your fascia. In the way you hold yourself when someone gets too close or asks too much.
They were protective once. They helped you survive. But now they’re limiting you.
They’re keeping you from the intimacy you want. From the aliveness you’re craving. From being fully here for your own life.
Today we gave those parts what they actually need: space, compassion, and permission to finally let go.
Not by forcing softness. Not by bypassing the fear. But by meeting it with enough care that it could finally melt.
That’s when the body stops being a fortress you defend and becomes a temple you inhabit.
That’s when vulnerability stops feeling like danger and starts feeling like capacity.
That’s when you can finally receive the love and connection you’ve been reaching for.
