When you are ready to grow in body, mind, heart, & spirit: Luscious Alchemy, a highly personalized 3 or 6 month program that includes Yoga Therapy, Breath Work, Meditation, Nutrition & Detox Coaching. Michelle Broussard, MFA is a Somatic Specialist, Yoga Therapist, and Integrated Healing Arts Practitioner with over thirty years’ experience teaching, leading workshops, running retreats, and seeing private clients. She served on the faculty at the internationally renowned Malibu Beach Recovery Center, teaching its state-of-the-art Kurma Yoga Therapeutic Exercise and Breathwork Program. She taught at Loyola Marymount University and Pepperdine, and developed the Therapeutic Yoga for Older Adults Program at Pierce College. Her specialized mastery in breathwork includes Yogic Pranayama, Sudarshan Kriya, Body-Mind Centering/Organ Support for Movement, and various emotional release techniques. Michelle creates new yoga and somatic curricula for performing artists, sports professionals, older adults, and people overcoming illness and addiction.
