Our whole team is bundled up today, which means one thing around here:
👉 Crock-pot season is officially ON.
When it’s this cold, we’re all about simple, cozy, family-friendly meals that don’t require a ton of brain power or extra cleanup. Here are 10 easy, healthy crock-pot meals you can rotate this week 👇

🍲 1. Salsa Chicken
Chicken breasts + salsa
Serve with rice, pre-packaged cauliflower rice, or lettuce wraps
🍲 2. Turkey Chili
Ground turkey, beans, diced tomatoes, chili seasoning
Serve with a side salad or roasted veggies
🍲 3. Mississippi Pot Roast (lighter version)
Chuck roast, pepperoncini, ranch seasoning, au jus mix
Serve with green beans and mashed potatoes
🍲 4. Honey Garlic Chicken
Chicken thighs, garlic, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), honey
