As we head through the heart of January with a return of colder air and those classic barometric pressure swings, those of you who are sensitive to weather changes may notice your symptoms acting up. The cold front has brought a noticeable drop in temperatures and a quick shift in pressure upwards, which can often trigger or worsen migraines, joint pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia flares and even vertigo or asthma issues for some. If you’re one of the many who feel these changes in your bones, head, or breathing, take it easy, stay ahead of your usual remedies and know you’re not alone - weather-related pain can be a real silent partner in how some feel day-to-day. Expired cards can’t hold appointments, and when there’s a no-show, it means another client who may have needed that time misses out too, and potentially breeches the signed agreement outlined in the no-show policy.
