Saturday! Ayurveda dosha balancing practice! What is that you might ask? It is an ancient Indian system for bringing balance to the body.
It incorporates the concept of three fundamental energies or doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, each representing a combination of the five elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth). We even have a quiz so you can learn your dosha! 8:30am!
