💪🏼 The truth about deep tissue massage.

Deep tissue massage is often misunderstood as being painful or overly intense, but true deep tissue work is not about force—it’s about working with the body, not against it.

Instead of just pressing harder, a skilled therapist slowly and intentionally works through the layers of muscle and fascia, allowing the tissue to soften and open over time. The pressure is gradual, giving the nervous system a chance to relax so the body doesn’t resist.

When the body feels safe, the deeper layers become accessible without pain or tension.

Tools like forearms or elbows may be used, but not to “dig in”—they’re simply ways to apply broad, grounded pressure that feels supportive rather than sharp or aggressive.

The Sacred Reset: A Reiki & Tarot Experience

Step into a soft, intentional evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently reset your nervous system.

This intimate gathering is a space to exhale — to be held, grounded, and guided back to yourself. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a cleansing smudging ritual to clear your energy and set the tone for a deeply nourishing experience.

We’ll begin together with a grounding meditation, allowing your body and mind to settle into stillness. From there, each guest will receive a 15-minute intuitive tarot reading followed by a 15-minute Reiki session, creating space for insight, release, and energetic alignment.

Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the opportunity to create your own custom bath soak at our self-love station, enjoy fresh juice and light refreshments, and connect with others in a warm, supportive environment. Time is intentionally woven in for integration—so you leave not rushed, but restored.

During her session I couldn’t help but to think “this is exactly why I do this” I hold space for women to come and feel safe, where you can forget about the world for a little bit and feel held and seen. 🧡🧡

Sometimes the heaviness we feel isn’t just physical… it’s energetic.

Your nervous system carries so much more than people realize.
Stress. Anxiety. Burnout. The constant pressure to keep going.

Most of us live in “fight or flight” mode far more than our bodies were ever meant to. When that happens, our muscles tighten, our breath becomes shallow, sleep gets harder, and the mind never fully slows down.

Massage is one of the most natural ways to bring the body back into rest and repair mode.

Through intentional touch, slow movements, and a safe environment, massage signals to the nervous system that it’s okay to soften. Heart rate slows, breathing deepens, and the body begins to release stored tension it may have been holding for weeks… or even years.
