This October, things feel a little different for us at Sacred Leaf Topeka. As many of you have probably seen or heard, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) has recently launched investigations into h**p and CBD shops across the state. Unfortunately, these investigations have created a wave of uncertainty and pressure for many small, locally owned businesses — including ours.

Even though we’ve always done our best to operate responsibly and transparently, the changing landscape of h**p laws and enforcement in Kansas has made it nearly impossible for small shops like ours to continue. 💔

Because of this, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our doors. This wasn’t an easy choice — Sacred Leaf has been built on passion, community, and the hope of helping people find natural relief and balance. But with the current situation, we simply can’t keep going under these conditions.
