This Juneteenth, I am reflecting on what freedom looks like in the spaces that I hold as a therapist:

* For children in Play Therapy, its the freedom to express and be seen.
* For those navigating addiction, it's the freedom from shame and cycles of disconnection.
* For those exploring sexual health, it's the freedom to reclaim their bodies and boundaries with dignity.

Mental health is a path to liberation. Healing is an act of resistance. And every step forward honors our ancestors' dream.
