The Center For Manual Medicine Comprehensive nonsurgical care of musculoskeletal pain. Medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, regenerative injections, certified MSK ultrasound.

The Center for Manual Medicine is a unique facility dedicated to the non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. We combine traditional medicine with chiropractic and physical therapy to help patients with a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, headaches, extremity pain, and much more. Our facility was the first certified practice in Kansas for muscle and joint diagnostic and injection guided ultrasound. Dr Frye was among the first certified muscle and joint sonographers in the U.S. Dr. Steffen has repeatedly been voted best chiropractor in Topeka. Our physical therapists lead by Matt Elniff and Courtney Simon have advanced training in muscle and joint treatment. We offer regenerative injection therapy including platelet rich plasma or PRP and prolotherapy. Injections are ultrasound guided to ensure accuracy. Due to the number of people in the community wondering if Dr. Frye is still providing exceptional care in Topeka, the answer is YES. Dr. Frye DID NOT RETIRE, he did think about it for a period of time, and realized he enjoys helping people in PAIN too much to stop. He also does not plan on retiring anytime soon.
