Last week our leadership team gathered from across the country to discuss current results and make future plans. This group is a true reflection of our organization's philosophy of recognizing and nurturing talent. Three of these individuals began their career at Newcomer as apprentice funeral directors, and seven others started in junior positions before eventually joining our leadership team.

All told, our leaders have nearly 300 years of tenure within our company, providing a steady, guiding hand. This perspective is balanced by a number of newer faces, who have brought a wealth of insights and experience to the team in recent years.
