Our Topeka teams rallied together for our first quarterly GROW Meeting for the 2026 year.

These meetings are designed to be interactive and meaningful, helping guide our newest associates while also refreshing and strengthening the knowledge of our seasoned team members.

This quarter’s activity was a Mission Possible Scavenger Hunt, created to help staff explore the location of essential service items and learn important, site-specific details. The goal is to ensure everyone feels confident, prepared, and ready to provide the excellent care and service our families deserve.

We’re proud of our team’s dedication to growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
