Our bipartisan PBM reform bill just passed the legislature and is headed to Governor Laura Kelly's desk! (Final votes: House 104-17, Senate 32-8)

Pharmacists have been fighting for PBM reform for years to rein in these huge insurance middlemen, lower drug costs for Kansans, and protect access to local pharmacies. Kansas is about to join 34 other states who have already passed PBM reform to protect their citizens from these monopolistic corporations.

Thank you to all the pharmacists, technicians, students, and patients who stood up and made your voices heard! This is a monumental moment for our state and its people. Kansas Pharmacists Association

Support SB 360 for Kansas patients and pharmacies!

Organizations funded by the same conglomerates that are raising & driving local pharmacies out of business want you to believe that lawmakers are considering a "pill tax".
SB 360 forces to pay a dispensing fee to pharmacies. NOT a tax levied on patients.

Say NO to PBM Lies!
