Through our relationship with physicians, we are able to provide a quality outcome and patient education focus to clients. TPT works with the community, area employers, school districts and student athletes and their parents and coaching staff to assist in a positive ou

tcome. Under the Direction of Dale Funk, DPT, and a great support staff, the clinic has reached out and become a partner facility to the community. Located on 4th Avenue in Toppen*sh, in close proximity to physicians and the community hospital our facility offers a comfortable and warm atmosphere for our patient’s recovery from an injury or surgery.
