There is a peculiar suffering that comes with awareness.

That’s a really though provoking statement and it says a lot about the gift and the burden of awareness. Because our minds don’t just see they feel and analyze everything.

They notice the energy in a room, the tone behind the words, the rhythm of silence between them. They sense when something’s off long before it’s said out loud.

It’s not that they don’t want to relax it’s that awareness doesn’t have an off switch. But here’s the beauty of it: with awareness also comes depth. When they do find peace, laughter or love they feel it completely.
