Years ago, my kiddo wrote, "I love you Mommy" , and I have been carrying it around in my wallet. Now I am carrying it with me 4ever.❤️

Some St johns wort, rose hips, yarrow, mullein, jewel w**d, and roses.
I love that all this will be made into supports for your bodies. I love meeting so many people walking and sharing my knowledge of the plants and what I use them for for my community. I meet so many beautiful people on my harvesting walks.
This is plant magic at its finest.

HI EVERYONE!!!
I AM BACK FROM A PRETTY EPIC VACATION!!

My family went to Prince Edward Island , Canada, this past week for my kiddos' hockey camp.

We explored PEI national park, Anne of Green Gables, Thunder Cove Rock, Bay of Fundy, Hopewell Rock, chartered fishing trip amazing food, the greenest of green farm lands, the most epic beaches with tides that blow your mind and... oh yeah, some hockey.

I harvested so much self heal and yarrow and saw enormous amounts of usnea!

EPIC TRIP!!!
