Many people believe that using insurance for Physical Therapy is the most cost-effective option, but often this is not the best option!
PT with Insurance:
* High Deductible/Co-Pay
* Restrictions in Number of Visits (we have seen as few as 4 visits approved to start care post major surgery)
* You can only be treated for what is on your referral (if you are coming for low back pain, and hurt your shoulder, we cannot look at it/treat it without a referral).
* We are limited in goal setting. Insurance often does not care about you getting back to recreational activities, sports, or things that are not โnecessary.โ
Cash Based PT:
* You can be seen for as many, or as few visits as needed, we can take breaks in care and resume it at a later date without issues with reimbursement.
*All goals matter, we can get you back to doing what you love without backlash from insurance companies.
* We can treat whatever ails you that day, without referral.
*You can make a payment plan, knowing exactly what the cost will be up front.
Although we do take all major insurances, we also offer direct access to care here at Dynamic Physical Therapy, where you can be seen the same day as an injury, without a referral, for $150 for the Initial Evaluation and $90 for each visit after.
We love getting our patients back to what they love!! (While avoiding insurance headaches as much as possible)
