Most of us try to start the year from our head.
This reset starts from the body.

After the holidays.
After holding it together for weeks.

A lot of nervous systems are fried.
We call that lack of motivation.
Lack of focus.
Something being wrong.

It’s not.

It’s your system asking for support.

This January Reset is about settling your body and reconnecting with your breath.

Here at Yoga Element , we will be ending 2025 softly and entering 2026 with ease. Please feel free to join us this Wednesday (New Year’s Eve) at 12:00 noon for a gentle Yin Yoga practice with deep stretching as we welcome in the new year with Sam. Then, on Thursday (New Year’s Day) at noon, Jenna Forte will guide us in Rest and Reflections, an Ebb + Flow style yoga class with mobility work, creative sequencing and soulful meditative practices. 🖤
Allow yoga to be a way you’re learning how to take care of yourself, not another demand you place upon yourself. Let’s float into the new year with ease, rest and compassion for ourselves. 🖤
