We spoke to a caregiver this week.
14 years of experience.

We have spoken to a lot of caregivers
who now work independently.

We always ask them:
"When did you feel ready to make the move?"

The answer is always the same.

"I did not feel ready when I started.
I felt ready about three weeks after."

Not one of them waited for the feeling to arrive first.
Because it does not arrive that way.

Ready is not a prerequisite.
It is what happens when you take the first step
and realise the ground was there all along.

The agency does not benefit from you feeling confident.
A caregiver who trusts their own value
is a caregiver who starts asking uncomfortable questions.

Your experience is real.
Your skills are verified by every family who trusted you.
