At its core, Thanksgiving is about community. The Baby Boomers In Home Companions office embraced that spirit in the South Bay this Thanksgiving 2023 by participating in the annual Anne Zamora Malinis (AZM) Foundation Thanksgiving lunch giveaway.

“I think it’s good to give back to others and remind yourself of the blessings you have in your life and that you should be able to share to others,” stated Diorel Malinis. A care coordinate with the Baby Boomers office team.

The AZM Foundation has been giving away Thanksgiving lunches for over 5 years. It is the first year the Baby Boomers office team has partnered with the foundation.

This year the AZM foundation gave away over 50 meals. And they look to double or triple that for Thanksgiving 2024.

Today the Baby Boomers In Home Companions office team participated in the annual Gardena Senior fair! They were able to meet many of the local residents and provide resources on in home care. Thank you to the City of Gardena for hosting such a great fair. We look forward to our continued participation.
