I wanted to share some significant news about menopause care. The FDA Is removing the boxed warning - the strongest caution label - from over 20 hormone therapy products used for symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats.

That warning was added more than 20 years ago because of concerns about heart disease, stroke, and dementia. But, newer research has given us a clearer understanding of the risks and benefits of hormone therapy, and how to use it safely.
