I had to take a moment and reflect on the work I've been putting in and the opportunities I've had along the way!

This is the evidence!

That feeling you have about not feeling like you know enough or have done enough isn't made up. It's a result of you staying at a given level only long enough to propel yourself to the next level.

There's nothing wrong with this behavior because it is a showcase of efficiency, doing enough to continue moving forward. The part you have to ignore is the negative feeling of always trying to get somewhere because it is the cost of good.

In other words and stop being exhausted my progress. If you stand still this wouldn't be a problem for you. I guess that means the solution is to stop leveling up LOL.

When you focus on the negative you are training your brain to see the negative as more important than other aspects of your life.

Your mind is powerful, so give it some direction!

Humility isn't talking about your accomplishments less, it's not treating people less than because of what you've accomplished.

Perspective is everything! You can convince yourself of a truth that isn't based in fact or reality, and isn't supported by evidence.

When you've analyzed the evidence and it shows you get good outcomes you have to own that as a truth about who you are and what you can do.

Humility isn't talking about your accomplishments less, it's not treating people less than because of what you've accomplished.

Give yourself permission to like what you do and what you've done and to talk about how much you like what you do and what you've done.

Compliments should serve as confirmation of things you already know to be true about yourself.

This is exactly how you treat compliments you receive. Let's stop doing that and focus on accepting them and acknowledging all the reasons why you deserve them.

I'm smiling in the video, but this ride hurt! I was tested and actually took a break on the most difficult part of the climbing. To be clear I don't usually need to take a break on a climb.

During the break I contemplated not going all the way up the top. I had to talk myself into finishing because I had made it so far and there was only a half mile to the top (@ 15+%), but a half mile.

I got back on the bike and made it to the top. Sometimes you have to push past your comfort zones and ignore your inner bully to achieve great things.

If you treat perfection as the standard you will downgrade all of your performances that aren't perfect.

Ask yourself, how far can your performance deviate from perfect before it is no longer considered of good quality?
