American Geriatric is a fusion of geriatric care management & professional home caregiving services.

Our duties include assessment of the elder's living situation and formulating a plan of care, referring families to appropriate services and specialists, mediating between the elder and his family if there is disagreement as to what services are needed. We offer specialized services for those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s Disease and other forms of Dementia. As a preventive service rendered on demand, our goal is to increase the independence, preservation of dignity and improvement of the quality of an older person’s life. We provide communication, advice and support to family members in dealing with their elderly or disabled family member. We become the local extension for the family to identify issues and problem-solve using our knowledge of community and national resources. We are now listed as Accredited Business with Better Business Bureau (BBB).
