3 reachable steps to create resilience:

1. Create connections to build relational sense of safeness. Not big moves. Just joining a group yoga session will help to start firing the brain.

2. Get intensional with your resources. Use them not only when you are dysregulated but in regular basis. The more you use them the more opportunity you are giving for neural pathways.

3. Bring more attention to positive memories in a conscious way. They exist. You need to reach out for. The more you do it, the body will remember. Being with negative emotions, and without processing them, will get you stuck. Don’t dismiss them, instead, give them a different perspective
