Runners: Want More Speed Off the Ground? 🏃‍♂️⚡

If you’re hitting the track but not seeing faster splits, you might be missing push-off power and foot control.

Try this drill to clean it up:
✅ Front foot elevated, heel off the ground
✅ Keep all your weight on the front foot
✅ Tap the back foot in and out without shifting
✅ Stay stacked over the big toe

This trains your foot stability, arch strength, and hip activation—key for a stronger, more efficient stride.

Level it up by adding dumbbells for more load.🔥

Hip or Low Back Pain? Fix It with Better Glute Activation 🍑🔥

If your glutes aren’t doing their job, your hips and low back end up taking the hit. Try this banded bridge hold + pulse to build strength and stability:

✅ Feet hip-width, band above knees
✅ Press knees out, engage your core
✅ Drive through your heels and lift into a bridge
⏱️ Hold 30 seconds
🔁 Then pulse knees out 10 reps (slow + controlled)
Repeat 3–4 rounds depending on your level.

Stronger glutes = less pain, better movement, and more power.

Low Back Pain or Hip Instability? Try This 🔥

The Captain Morgan is a simple, at-home drill to build glute activation, hip stability, and core control.
How to do it:
✅ Ball at knee height against a wall
✅ Mini squat + lift the inside leg
✅ Press both knees apart to fire the stance leg glute
⏱️ Hold 30 seconds each side, 3 rounds

No ball? No problem—just press your knee into the wall.

Stronger hips = less stress on your low back and better movement overall.

We had an amazing time last week at Women’s Golf Night with 🏌️‍♀️

We kicked things off with a quick workshop focused on building stability and power in the golf swing—helping everyone move better, feel stronger, and maximize performance on the course.

Then it was time to put it all into action out on the bays🔥 Watching everyone apply what they learned in real time was the best part!

Huge, thank you to all the golfers who came out, stayed engaged, and brought great energy all night. We loved meeting you all!

Running the LA Marathon This Weekend?🏃🏻‍♂️🔥

Avoide these two common mistakes so you don’t hit the wall.

1️⃣ Don’t start too fast: Starting a little slower helps you conserve energy and stay strong later in the race.

2️⃣ Fuel appropriately: Your energy stores drop fast after the first 90 min. Use gels or carbs every 30/45 min. to keep your body fueled and your pace steady.
