Do the hard things. The things that hold you back from attaining the greatest version of yourself. One step at time, one piece at a time. By doing those hard things, those things we were once reluctant or afraid to do, and being tenacious with your goals, they simply become…things 🙂. Things that may now become part of your routine or lifestyle. And surround yourself with like-minded people that strive for a greater purpose. I’m blessed to have people like that around me and I hope to push them to do the same.
Super proud of this group that ended 2025 cold plunging into the new year even when they didn’t want to 🥶 and got 100% participation in the rain! (We’ll get the rest that didn’t show up in next time lol). Always grateful for my SPARC crew and for all the people we were able to help along the way in 2025. For our patients that had difficulty doing their hard thing, thank you for trusting us to get you back to your rehab goals! Cheers to 2026 and have a Happy New Year! 🥳 🥂
